Kay’lonni My’Angel Hudson Jean also known as Minnie was a radiant light in the lives of all who knew her, was born on December 29, 2021, in Charlotte, North Carolina. Tragically, this beautiful soul departed from us far too soon on December 4, 2024. In her brief time with us, Kay’lonni touched hearts and brought joy to her family that will forever be cherished.
She is survived by her loving mother Corsana Hudson and devoted father H.Jean. The warmth of her spirit will continue to resonate through the lives of her grandmothers Cassandra Hudson and Nadege Jean; grandfather Corey Hudson; great-grandmothers Patricia Ann Harris and Isabella Hudson; great-grandfather Billy Ray Harris; as well as a host of beloved aunts including Rose young, Tavshanna Harris, Jessica Johnson, Elizabeth Scott; uncles Corey Hudson Jr., Cordaruis Hudson, Tashawn Hudson, Cor’rese Hudson, Tricorrius Hudson, Corteze Hudson,Ta’rek Harris, Jeffy A and Kamuri Hudson; along with many cousins such as Kiyomi Hudson, Leariah Gonzalez, K’ameron Gonzalez, Princeton Scott and countless other aunts, uncles, cousins and family members who adored her.
Kay’lonni was more than just a daughter or granddaughter—she was an embodiment of love itself. With each smile she shared and every giggle that escaped those tiny lips during playtime with sisters Saundra Hudson , Ashanti Hudson , Kimora Jean ,and brother Keenan Jean , she created memories that would last lifetimes. Her laughter echoed like music throughout their home—a melody now etched into the hearts of those left behind.
Though Kay’lonni’s life was short-lived—filled only with moments rather than years—the impact she made is immeasurable. She taught everyone around her about unconditional love without saying a word. Each day spent together became precious treasures for family members who embraced every second they had with this little angel.
As we gather to honor Kay’lonni’s memory amidst our grief over losing such an irreplaceable part of our lives—we also celebrate what it means to truly cherish one another while we can still hold them close! Let us remember how important it is not just to exist but live fully within each moment gifted unto us!
May you rest peacefully sweet angel—you are loved beyond measure
