Kay Grace Johnson was very loved and cared about, she was way too young too pass. It was unexpected and tragic. She passed from her appendix erupting and she didn’t get proper help in time, one day earlier her sister Samantha Johnson brought her to the emergency room at St. Marks and they said nothing was wrong and it turns out they were completely wrong. So from the incompetence and not properly checking up her we have lost a loving, kind, caring, fun, and most of all young girl. She will be deeply miss by her mom Julie Johnson, Her father David Hoagland, Her baby sister Athena, her older sister Samantha Johnson and all of her family and friends.

We will be holding a family get together, and will not be doing anything big cause that’s not what she would have wanted. My daughter Samantha Johnson, my daughter’s boyfriend Adrain and myself will be putting together a gathering for her and will have a private funeral only for direct family.
