Kathy J. Frazier 1958-2024
Kathy was born in New York City in 1958 to Betty J. Frazier and Leon E. Frazier. Kathy attended the University of Dayton and would later become a elementary teacher.
Kathy was preceded in death by her daughter NyTalia F. Petestone, brothers Michael and Stanley Frazier. Grandchildren Nde Jah Berlin, JazAnay Powell, JaBril Martin, and NaJoure Frazier.
