Kathleen Einhorn, fondly known as Kathy or Charlie by her husband Ken, passed away on August 29, 2024, at the age of 80. Born on May 28, 1944, in Jersey City, NJ, Lived In Scotch Plains NJ for 45 Years. She spent her final years in Homosassa, FL, surrounded by the sun and the beauty of nature.

Kathy had a diverse and fulfilling life, marked by her dedication to her family and a multitude of passions. She worked as a welder and later served as a purchasing agent for Hoffman Labs, showcasing her industrious spirit. Her love for photography, cooking, and flower arranging flourished alongside her adventurous side, which took her to many corners of the world, with Florence, Italy, holding a special place in her heart. Kathy was known for her selfless nature, always striving to make others feel special and loved.

A devoted wife to Kenneth H. Einhorn Jr., Kathy cherished her role as a mother and grandmother. She is survived by her son, Kenneth H. Einhorn III and his wife Nicole, along with her daughter, Kimberly Einhorn, and three grandchildren: Francesco Einhorn Caldora, Kenneth Einhorn IV, and Kaleigh Elizabeth Einhorn and Their Mother Kathleen Barnett Einhorn. Her family was her proudest accomplishment, and she instilled in them the values of kindness and generosity.

Kathy had a vibrant personality and enjoyed many interests. She was an avid fan of New York Giants football and loved watching "Wheel of Fortune." Her culinary adventures often included her favorite dish, lobster, and she had a soft spot for the romantic tunes of Engelbert Humperdinck. A life member of the Central Jersey Leathernecks Marine Corps leave Women's Auxiliary and the Jaguar Touring Club of the Jagar Clubs of North American, she was passionate about community involvement, including her support for the United States Marine Corps Toys for Tots program.

Her life was guided by memorable quotes, including "Be true to your teeth, or they will be false to you" and before bedtime "Dream of the angels." Kathy leaves behind a legacy of love and joy, embodying the spirit of a devoted wife, mother, and friend. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
