Karen enjoyed bible study classes and volunteering in the toddler room during Sunday services at Second Baptist Church
Volunteer work
After retiring, she volunteered at Memorial Hermann Medical Center in Memorial City
Family
Karen was preceded in death by her parents and an infant sister, Lisa Lynn. She is survived by her siblings: Kathy Koen and husband Jim, Suzanne Dalton and husband Phil, Larry Lambert and wife Pam, and Jill Clausen, as well as numerous nieces and nephews
Acknowledgments
The family would like to thank Hope Hospice in New Braunfels and the staff at Rio Terra Assisted Living for the care and compassion they showed Karen in her final days
