Karen Joy Sharpe, was born on April 24, 1951, in New Westminster, BC, Canada. She passed away peacefully on October 8, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love and joy.

Karen was a devoted wife to her husband, James Sharpe, and a loving mother to her only daughter, Angela Warnock, who was not just her child but also one of her best friends. Together, they shared special Tuesdays that were dedicated to their close bond. Karen took great pride in her grandchildren, Sarah, Nicholas, and Leah Warnock, who brought her immense happiness. She loved to brag about their accomplishments and was their biggest cheerleader.

A passionate traveler, Karen cherished the adventures she experienced around the world, especially those shared with Jim, family, and friends. Her zest for life was matched only by her love for spending quality time with those closest to her. Karen found joy in simple moments, believing that being with family, no matter the activity, was what truly mattered.

In addition to her loving family, Karen also cherished her life with her sisters, Patti Barrow and Terri Anderson, and her brother, Mike Barden. She was known for her impeccable style, always donning beautiful outfits, and enjoyed her favorite Starbucks lattes.

For 20 years, Karen served as the leader of the Heritage Club, contributing to her community and touching the lives of many. Her selflessness and dedication to putting others before herself left a profound impact on all who knew her.
