Karen Evelyn Renlund, Age 75, of Forest Lake, MN, passed away surrounded by family on August 7, 2026. Karen was born in Minneapolis, MN, on July 20th, 1951 to Harold and Evelyn Renlund. She graduated from Roosevelt High School and worked for the Air Force Reserves. Karen enjoyed gardening and traveling to Mexico. She will be remembered for her independent spirit.
Karen is survived by her children, Christopher and James; her grandsons, Lars and Hans, her sisters Mary (Benner), Patricia (Watson) and Fran Renlund (sister in-law); niece Nikki (Watson) and other extended family. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Lance Renlund.
