Juztyce John Rachau Collins, affectionately known as Bubsy, was born on January 12, 2010, in Baker, Oregon. He passed away on September 12, 2024, in La Grande, Oregon, leaving behind a legacy of joy and laughter.

Juztyce was known for his infectious smile and happy-go-lucky spirit, always bringing joy to those around him. He had a knack for making others laugh and was a true jokester at heart. His passions included BMX biking and fixing bikes and computers, showcasing his hands-on approach to life. He had a particular fondness for all kinds of food, with cereal being his absolute favorite.

Juztyce cherished his family, including his mother Marymae Owen, his stepdad Kristion Owen, and his siblings, big sister Hailey Jean and little sister Jazmyn Jane. He also shared a special bond with his grandfather, William Rachau. Alongside his human family, he adored his two cats, Mittens and Millum, who were always by his side.
