Justin S. Butler, lovingly known as JB or JBizey, passed away on July 29, 2024, in Riverview, FL. He was born on February 29, 1980, in Mobile, AL, making him one of the rare individuals born on a leap year.

Justin was a dedicated and highly respected U.S. Navy Command Master Chief. He served his country with honor and was known for his leadership and mentoring skills. Justin's commitment to his profession and his fellow servicemen and women was unwavering.

Outside of his military career, Justin's greatest joy in life came from taking care of his family and others. He was a devoted husband to his wife Rachel and a loving father to their two children, Keanan and Jayla. Justin's calm demeanor, wit, and patience made him a cherished presence in the lives of his parents, Richard and Amy Butler, Theda Butler, his siblings Jarrod, Jahmon, Ian, and Alexis Butler, and all those who knew him.

Sports played a significant role in Justin's life, with basketball and football being his favorites. He enjoyed staying fit and active, embodying a healthy lifestyle. His intelligence, even-keeled nature, and sense of humor made him an exceptional individual who impacted the lives of those around him.
