Julia was born in Tempe Arizona and survived by her 3 children. Terrance, Dee and Joy Bailey. She had a passion for putting her family before anything she did and family first was always the most important thing. Julia had a passion for skiing but never could get the hang of snowboarding. She could sit for hours with her dogs next to a stream in the mountains and watch the water rush down the mountains. She had a passion for traveling but never got to visit the one place she wanted to which was the Holy land Jerusalem. Celebration of life and Services are from The Springs Funeral Services in Colorado Springs Colorado.
