Joshua loved to spend time with family.Family meant everything to Joshua..His mom was his heart & best friend. He was looked up to his older brother Eric n he held a special place in his heart & his Lil brother who was like a son n brother to him since their dad's passing.Joshua also loved his two boys more than life itself..He also loved Jesus n was baptized about 2 months before his passing & attended church regularly..

Joshua loved to ride his bicycle n when he rode he said he felt at peace.
Joshua loved to cook & he was very good at preparing a meal & loved to watch his loved ones enjoy it..
Joshua Joseph Chestnut, lovingly known as Josh, was born on April 28, 1998, in New Orleans, LA. He went to be with the Lord on November 7, 2023, in Violet, LA.
A devoted son to Keith and Colleen Chestnut, Josh was also a beloved brother to Eric Nolan and Jensen Chestnut. He found immense joy in the role of being a father to his two sons, Anakin and Jaxson. Family meant everything to Josh, and he cherished every moment spent with his loved ones. His mother was his heart and best friend, while his older brother Eric held a special place in his heart. Josh also shared a deep bond with his younger brother Jensen, who he considered both a son and a brother since their father's passing.
Josh had a great passion for movies, particularly the Star Wars franchise. He loved nothing more than spending time with his younger brother Jensen, as it was his favorite place in the world. He found solace in riding his bicycle, feeling at peace as he pedaled through the world.
In addition to his hobbies, Josh had a talent for cooking and took great pleasure in preparing delicious meals for his loved ones. His skills in electrical work were learned from his father, and he excelled in this field.
Josh's impact on the lives of others was immeasurable. He demonstrated unwavering love and faith in Jesus Christ, recently being baptized and regularly attending church. His immense heart and willingness to help others, even strangers, made him a true inspiration. Josh's intelligence and humility were admired by all who knew him.
Through his actions and perseverance, Josh taught us the importance of love, strength, and resilience in the face of trials. He always had a prayer in his heart for those in need and dedicated himself to caring for his family and children. His devotion to God was evident in his daily Bible reading and journaling of cherished scripture.
Joshua Joseph Chestnut will be deeply missed by his mother, brothers, sons, and extended family. His memory will forever be cherished as a testament to love, faith, and selflessness.
