Joseph Albert Laub, known affectionately as Joe, was born on April 17, 1956, in Novi, Michigan. He passed away on October 6, 2024, in Fort Pierce, Florida, leaving behind a legacy of love and laughter.
Joe was married to his beloved wife, Chris, on June 5, 1982. Together, they raised two wonderful children, Khatrina and Joey, and welcomed three stepchildren into their family. Joe was especially proud of his grandchildren, William and Sara, who brought him immense joy and happiness.
A loving and gentle man, Joe had a heart for everyone he met. He was known for his infectious laughter and fun-loving spirit. An avid musician, he loved playing guitar and was a devoted fan of The Beatles. His musical talents brought warmth and joy to many gatherings.
In addition to his family, Joe was deeply committed to community service. He volunteered at the Salvation Army in Traverse City, Michigan, where he dedicated his time to helping those in need.
Joe is survived by his wife, Chris; his sister, Beno; and his brother, David. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him and will be remembered for his kindness and his ability to uplift those around him.
