Jose Dario Nazario, affectionately known as Oto, passed away on September 19, 2024, in San Juan, Puerto Rico, where he was born on July 27, 1940. A talented chef, Jose dedicated his life to the culinary arts, sharing his passion for food with everyone around him. He was particularly fond of paella, which he delighted in preparing for family gatherings.

Jose loved nothing more than spending time with his family, which included five cherished grandchildren. He was a devoted husband to Nitza Miranda, sharing many joyful moments together in their beloved Puerto Rico.

A resident of San Juan, Jose enjoyed walking around Old San Juan, appreciating its rich history and vibrant culture. His favorite motto, "Vive la vida feliz!" reflected his optimistic outlook on life and was a guiding principle for those who knew him.

Jose Dario Nazario will be remembered for his warmth, love for family, and his zest for life. His presence will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
