Jorge had a big passion for music and reading. He enjoyed playing his guitar and violin. He also had a library of books. He loved learning new things or letting his imagination be free in the books he read.
His children and grandchildren.
Jorge loved hiking and being in nature. Hearing the chirping of the birds. The smell and sound of the rivers.

Jorge David Cruz, born on August 1, 1957, in El Salvador, passed away on December 16, 2024, in Gypsum, Colorado. He was a devoted father to his children, George Cruz and Yesenia Cruz, and a cherished grandfather to his grandchildren, Jovanni, Aiden, and Ariella.
Jorge had a profound love for music, often found playing his guitar and violin, which reflected his passion for creativity and expression. He was an avid reader, with a personal library that showcased his love for learning and the adventures found within the pages of books. Above all, Jorge cherished his time spent with family, finding joy in the laughter and memories created with his children and grandchildren.
An outdoor enthusiast, Jorge found solace in nature, enjoying hikes and the serene sounds of birds and rivers. His appreciation for life was also reflected in his sense of humor, as he often enjoyed classic television shows like "The Three Stooges," "Sanford & Son," and "El Chavo."
Jorge is survived by his beloved children, George and Yesenia, who will carry on his legacy of love and passion for life. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
