He is survived by daughter Tasha Ayala of Arizona and son Joshua Carter of California. Sister Barbara Kelley. Brother Mike Gray and wife Donna Gray SisterTerri Weems Brother Randy Starnes all from Greeneville and his sister brother in law Rhonda and Mike Needham and special nephew Ashley Carterand sister Melody Lester all live in Jacksonville Florida where Johnny lived.
HE IS Proceeded in death by his mother and step father Bureda and Carol Carter of Florida Two Sisters Mary E. Moore and Pamela Page and brother Dennis Gray all of Greeneville Tn..
