John Richard Lalama, affectionately known as Jack, was born on April 16, 1940, in Aliquippa, Pennsylvania. He passed away peacefully on September 5, 2024, in Port St. Lucie, Florida, where he had made his home in recent years.
Jack dedicated a significant portion of his life to his career, working at a steel mill before becoming a manager at a retail store. His professional achievements were matched only by his devotion to his family, which he cherished above all else. He shared a loving marriage with Bonnie Ziss, his beloved wife, who was truly the center of his world.
Jack was a passionate sports enthusiast, enjoying both watching and playing various games. In addition to his love for sports, he adored traveling with his family, creating cherished memories wherever they went. His favorite place in the world was wherever Bonnie was, a testament to their deep bond and companionship.
He's proceeded in death by his parents Nofrey and Annie Lalama. Brothers Ralph Lalama, Tony Lalama, Ossie Lalama, and his sister Anna Mae Becker.
Jack leaves behind his children, Kim Dees (Scott), Nick Lalama, and Amber Lalama (Precious), who will forever hold onto the memories of their father's love and guidance. He also leaves behind his brother Frankie Lalama (Jennie) and many nieces and nephews. He will be remembered for his kindness, sense of humor, and unwavering love for his family. His legacy will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew him.
