John J. Jones, a beloved husband, father, and friend, passed away peacefully on March 5, 2024, at the age of 81. Born on April 2, 1942, in Chicago, IL, John lived a full and remarkable life.

John moved to Seattle, WA, where he spent the majority of his life and built lasting connections within the community. He was known for his warm smile, compassionate nature, and unwavering kindness towards others.

John was a dedicated family man who cherished his role as a husband, father, and grandfather. He leaves behind his loving wife of 55 years, Martha, and their three children, Michael, Emily, and Sarah. John's grandchildren, Matthew, Olivia, and Ethan, brought immense joy to his life, and he treasured every moment spent with them.

A man of many talents, John was an accomplished artist, known for his breathtaking landscapes and intricate portraits. His artwork brought beauty into the lives of many, and his passion for creativity was an inspiration to all who knew him.

A memorial service to celebrate John's life will be held on March 10, 2024, at St. Mary's Church in Seattle, WA. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to be made to the American Cancer Society, a cause close to John's heart.
