Joe was born February 8th, 1966 to Joe Thomas Brewer Sr. and Carolyn Brewer in Indianapolis Indiana
He graduated from Broad Ripple High School in 1984. He join the United States Air Force in 1985 serving the country as a Flight Service Technician for 4 years. Joe meet the love of his life Lula Carter while on tour in the Air Force they married in 1988 had 4 children. Joe gave his life to Christ and joined Zion Hope Church
Joe was proceeded in death by his parents, Joe Brewer Sr. and Carolyn Brewer his brother Reginald Brewer son Ja'Mal Brewer. Joe will be missed, cherished and remembered by his wife Lula Brewer children Bentley Brewer (Ashley)Dexter Brewer (Toni )and Christina Tomlinson (Justin) . His siblings Robin Franklin (Keith) Vashni Vaughn and Robert Brewer . His grandchildren Michael Tomlinson Justin Tomlinson Jr.Bentley Brewer Jr. Dexter Brewer. and Chloe Brewer. A host of niece's, nephew's cousin's and friends.
