Joe Gonzales Sr., beloved husband, father, and US Army veteran, passed away peacefully in his sleep, March 28, 2024, at the age of 97. He was born on November 24, 1926, in Corpus Christi, TX.
Joe's proudest accomplishment was his dedicated service in the US Army. He served his country with honor and distinction, leaving a lasting impact on those he served alongside.
Joe was married to his loving wife, Mary Alice Gonzales, and together they built a beautiful life. Sadly, they experienced the loss of their daughter, Gracie Naranjo, who preceded Joe in death.
Joe is survived by his wife, Mary Alice, their daughter Elizabeth Gonzales, and their son Joe Gonzales Jr. He was also blessed with a cherished granddaughter, Megan Campos.
Joe Gonzales Sr. will be fondly remembered for his service to his country, his devotion to his family, and the love he shared with those around him. He will be deeply missed and forever in our hearts.
