It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Joe C. Dominguez, who left us on March 17, 2025, at the age of 59. Born on April 30, 1965, Joe is survived by his parents, Jose and Olga Dominguez; his four sisters, Yolanda, Merlinda, Celia, and Minnie; his loving wife, Sandy; and their five children, Arlene, Elisa, Joe Jr., Angel, and Savannah. He is also survived by four grandchildren, Joesiah, Joelisa, Sammuel, and Sammiah, along with many nieces and nephews.

Joe was a beacon of positivity, always brightening the room with his infectious sense of humor and laughter. His jokes and witty remarks could bring a smile to anyone’s face, and his laugh was truly contagious. Joe’s kindness and joy touched the lives of countless people, and he will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Joe’s memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved him, and he will be forever cherished.
