Jocelyn Ruthie McCrimmon, affectionately known as Ruthie, passed away peacefully on February 10, 2024, at the age of 77. She was born on October 11, 1946, in Paterson, NJ, and most recently resided in Atlanta, GA.

Ruthie leaves behind a legacy of love and dedication as she is survived by her six beloved children: Stephanie Renee Howell, Charlene Evette Floyd, Ray Floyd, Rosemary Floyd, Tonya Lynette Floyd, and Christal Floyd. She also leaves behind 37 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren, who were a constant source of joy in her life.

Known for her strong spirit and determination, Ruthie lived her life by the motto, "It will be what it's meant to be." She was a no-nonsense woman who always made things happen, never shying away from hard work or challenges.

Ruthie was a devout Christian, finding solace and strength in her faith. She held her beliefs close to her heart and was a source of inspiration to all who knew her.

Although she never married, Ruthie's love for her children and grandchildren knew no bounds. She cherished her role as a mother and grandmother, always providing unwavering support and guidance.

Ruthie was predeceased by her parents and siblings, but her memory will live on through her loving family. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her, but her spirit will forever remain in the hearts of those she touched.
