Jimmy O. Banks, affectionately known as Buta, passed away on February 27, 2024, at the age of 43. He was born on March 9, 1980, in Las Vegas, NV, and most recently resided in Lena, MS.
Jimmy was known for his dedication to giving back to the community, making a positive impact on the lives of those around him. He lived by the motto, "Live the life you love and love the life you live," which resonated with everyone who knew him.
In his personal life, Jimmy was married to Neasha Lambert. Together, they shared a beautiful journey as husband and wife. They were blessed with five children: Tasia Banks, Brayden Johnson, Iyori Banks, Jimmy Banks, Trey Banks, and Meliana Banks.
Jimmy will be deeply missed by his loved ones, including his father, Jim Banks, and his mother, Charolette Boyd. His memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing him.
