Jessie Mae Dennis Stokes was born on May 17, 1932 to the Late Emmit Baker and Ola Mae Barr. Jessie Mae departed from this Earthly Life on August 17, 2024.
Jessie Mae received Christ as her Personal Savior at a early age under the Leadership of her Late Grandfather Isom Barr, for the last couple of years Jessie Mae was under the Leadership of Pastor Torrence Nivens.
Jessie received her Elementary and Secondary Education in Rising, AL. Where she resided with her Grandmother. Jessie Mae furthered her Education Graduating from Nursing School and becoming a LVN.
Jessie Mae enjoyed her Career caring for others while raising her Children.
Jessie Mae bore Five Children Erven Dennis Jr, Ronald Dennis, Jacquelyn Boyette Cheryl Bryant and Joseph Dennis. The Love Jessie Mae had for her Children surpassed any Love you could imagine.
Jessie Mae married Wilbur Stokes in the 80's and shared a Life of Bliss until his passing.
Jessie Mae spent her life loving and caring for all around her.
Jessie Mae was preceded in Death by her Parents the Late Emmit Baker and Mother Ola Mae Barr, and Brother Willie Tarver, and son Erven Dennis Jr. And Daughter Cheryl Bryant and Great Grandson Isiah. And her Daughter in Law Christine Dennis.
Jessie Mae leaves to Cherish her memory, her Son Ronald Dennis(Nelsa) Daughter Jacquelyn Boyette (Rickey) Joseph Dennis.
