Jessie Lathan Jr was born June 14, 1984 to his proud parents Mr Jessie Lathan Sr and Mrs Elizabeth Lathan. Jessie was an active child and loved to play sports. Jessie would go on to attend school and graduated from Broad Street High School. After school, Jessie would pursue a career with the Mississippi Dept of Corrections. He worked there for 10 years. He would then go on to pursue other career endeavors. Jessie loved his family and his children. His life was tragically taken on August 31st 2025 in Greenwood Mississippi. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Mrs Annie Lathan and McKinney Burks. He leaves to treasure his memory his mother, Mrs. Elizabeth Lathan Walker, his father Mr. Jessie Lathan Sr, two sisters, Mrs. Lillian Burks and Jasmine Lathan, and kne brother Mr. William Lathan. Two Children, Ray hania Lathan (10 years old) and Justin Lathan (13 years old). He also leaves a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
