Obituary

Jessica was born in the wee hours in the morning on September 30th, 1992 and is the third child of John and Jamie Martinez.

Jessica was always a very energetic child, always wanted to spend time outdoors, and doing whatever her older siblings would let her do with them. As she got older she eventually found her own place in the world with theater and the fine arts.

These passions led Jessica to study English literature at North Dakota State University, and to participate on the speech and debate team at North Dakota State University during her time there.

After finishing her undergraduate degree in English Education in 2013, Jessica continued her studies and earned her master's degree from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire in communication studies.

From there she went on to help form multiple female lead theater companies in Minneapolis and St Paul, and started teaching English at Apple Valley Senior High School.

A memorial service will be held for Jessica on Saturday October 8th, 2022 at White funeral Home in Lakeville. A small celebration of life ceremony will be held for family and friends on Sunday October 9th 2022 at 10:30 a.m. at White funeral Home in Lakeville.

A small luncheon will be held after the celebration of life.
