Jessica Fortney Troxell
Born May 27, 1990 in Atlanta, Georgia passed away peacefully after a long and difficult battle with Breast cancer on May 1,2025.
She is survived by her fiancé Samuel Hill, her siblings Nena Fortney, Macey Munyan, Patrick Fortney, and Noah Fortney. Her in laws Gene Munyan and Brittney Fortney. Her niece Juniper, her nephew Fulton, her aunt Melissa Ball McCarter, and cousin Regina Hawkins. Her son, Daniel
Her Mother, Freda Ball Turner passed away January 2021.
Jessica loved being outdoors, her animals, especially her dogs. She loved fishing, hiking and being around her family. She was so strong, so beautiful, and so very much loved by the people’s lives she touched throughout her life.
In lieu of flowers… The family is requesting anyone willing to contribute to Jessica’s arrangements towards her final cost of care.
