Jerry is preceeded in death by his parents Ernest and Lassie Hammons. Brother Norman Hammons, and sister Dorothy Rogers. He's survived by wife Liana, daughter Jodie, Sister Bobby Escude, and numerous nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly.
Grave side services will be held on Monday February 12 @ 12:30 at NW LA Veterans Cemetary, 7970 Mike Clark Rd, Keithville. La. 71047
