Jerry Allen Tate, 64, was born on February 10, 1961 in Litchfield Illinois. He was called home to be with the Lord on June 24, 2025 in Hays, Kansas. He was a dogcatcher and a baker for many years. He loved spending time with his girls and his grandkids. Jerry was preceded in death by his mom Lilian Hartman, father John Tate, his grandparents, and several aunts and uncles. He was survived by his three daughters; Betty Jo Tate (husband Bobby Fay), Korissa Tate (wife Travena Haselhorst-Tate), Jeri Skowronski, sister; Sheri Mcguire (husband Irvin Mcguire), brother; Gus Golden, grandkids; Nick Smith, Jonathan Tate, Cheyenne Achers, Cloe Watson (Justin Weese), Haley Good, Anthony Skowronski, Zyler Good, Chance Skowronski, and one great granddaughter on the way. A celebration of life will be announced and held at a later date.
