Jerrell Rooks departed his life on 12/12/24 at the age of 40 in a long battle against cancer. Jerrell was born in Columbus, Ohio to Jerrell Rooks and Gloria Wade. He grew up in Ohio before moving to New Jersey where he attended Rutgers University. He loved to play basketball and hang out with his family and friends. He leaves behind his beloved parents and a host of loved siblings, nephews and nieces. Services for Jerrell will be held on Saturday December 21, 2024 at Earls Funeral Home. Viewing will be 2pm to 4pm with the service following directly after.
