Jeremiah B. Swick, known to many as Jeremy, passed away on April 6, 2024, at the age of 43. Born on June 19, 1980, in Keyser, WV, Jeremy was a beloved member of the community in New Creek, WV.
Football was more than just a game to Jeremy; it was a passion. He dedicated his time to coaching football for the Mini Steelers, sharing his love for the sport with the younger generation. Jeremy's energy and enthusiasm on the field were infectious, leaving a lasting impact on all those he coached.
Above all else, Jeremy cherished his family. He was married to his high school sweetheart, Jessica, for an incredible 22 years. Their love was a testament to commitment and devotion. Jeremy was a loving father to their three beautiful children, Ashley, Ashton, and Aaron, who meant the world to him.
Jeremy's vivacious personality was evident in every aspect of his life. He had a contagious sense of humor and a charisma that made him the life of the party. Those who knew him will always remember his outgoing nature and the joy he brought to any gathering.
Jeremy is survived by his mother, Monica L. Kaufman, his father, Brian L. Swick, his brother, Thomas N. Swick, his sisters, Courtney L. Redman, Allisia M. Abalo, and Pherin J. Smith. Their memories of Jeremy will forever hold a special place in their hearts.
Jeremiah B. Swick will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and the community he touched through his coaching. His vibrant spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of all those who had the privilege of knowing him.
