Jenna Velazquez or "Jen Bear" as we all called her, was born on January 20, 2008, in Miami, Florida, and passed away on September 10, 2024, in Raleigh, North Carolina. Jenna was a vibrant spirit whose greatest joy came from spending time with her loved ones, particularly her beloved sister.

Jenna had a dream of pursuing a career in nursing, driven by her innate compassion and desire to help others. She was known for her kind-hearted nature.

One of her proudest accomplishments was winning first place in her cheer competition, a testament to her dedication and hard work. Jenna was a smart, patient, forgiving, and understanding individual who always put others first, ensuring that everyone around her felt included and happy. Her presence played a significant role in our family, where she was cherished and loved dearly.
