Obituary

Jeffrey Eugene Watson, lovingly known as Jerhro, passed away on June 28, 2024, at the age of 55. He was born on February 19, 1969, in Springdale, Arkansas, where he spent his entire life. Jeffrey had a vibrant personality and was known for his funny and sarcastic sense of humor.

Jeffrey dedicated more than 30 years of his life to working at Carson Engineering, leaving behind a legacy of hard work and dedication. He had a passion for outdoor activities and could often be found camping, hunting, golfing, or enjoying a good cigar.

Above all, Jeffrey cherished his family and loved spending time with them, especially his two daughters, Whitney and Kayla, and his five grandchildren. He took great pride in being the best dad and papaw he could be. He even ran "Papaw's Daycare" and created countless cherished memories with his grandchildren.

Jeffrey's favorite place in the world was the beach, where he found solace and tranquility. He lived by the motto, "Life is hard. It's harder if you're stupid," a quote from his idol, John Wayne.

Jeffrey leaves behind his beloved wife of 33 years, Amy Watson, his daughters Whitney Brandenburg (Casey) and Kayla Brink (Jamie), and his five grandchildren, Madison, Grayson, Payson, Kynlee, and Easton. He is also survived by his father, Gary Watson, and his sister, Tracy Watson.

Jeffrey Eugene Watson will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. His playful nature, loving heart, and unwavering presence will forever be treasured. May he rest in eternal peace, knowing he made a lasting impact on the lives of those he held dear.
