Jaylah Nevaeh Victoria Perry, lovingly known as Jay, was born on February 10, 2009, in Toledo, OH. She was the beloved daughter of Amanda Schaffner and John Perry. Jaylah was a vibrant and talkative soul who brought joy to all those around her.

As a student at Woodward Highschool, Jaylah had a promising future ahead of her. She was known for her intelligence and bubbly personality, always lighting up the room with her infectious laughter. Jaylah had a passion for animals and would often bring stray cats and dogs home, showing her love and compassion for all creatures great and small.

In her free time, Jaylah enjoyed watching her favorite TV show, Grey's Anatomy, and listening to her favorite bands and musical artists, Baby face E. and Lotto. She treasured her friendships, considering her friends to be like family.

Jaylah leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories. She is survived by her parents, Amanda and John, her siblings Samaira, Nyiariae, Malayah, and Armani, her aunts Danielle and Gabrielle Perry, her maternal grandparents Anita and David Luiz, her paternal grandfather John Perry, her niece Ni'Ayla, as well as extended family members including step parents, step siblings, and cousins.

Jaylah Nevaeh Victoria Perry, with her warm and vibrant spirit, will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. May she rest in eternal peace.
