Jawaun was a great father.
Jawaun Fortune Jackson, lovingly known as Juan, was born on February 11, 1998, and passed away on September 19, 2024, in Hyattsville, MD. He was a devoted father, son, and brother, cherished by all who knew him.
Jawaun’s proudest accomplishment was the birth of his firstborn son, Jawaun David James Jackson, and he was eagerly anticipating the arrival of his second child, due on his birthday. He was known for his loyalty, strength, and protective nature, traits that made him a beloved figure among friends and family.
In his free time, Jawaun enjoyed shooting dice, indulging in his favorite foods like nachos, pasta bake, and seafood. Music was a big part of his life, with artists such as Leaf Ward and Y.G. Tech resonating with him deeply. He also found joy in watching anime, cheering for his favorite football teams, and spending time at the beach, which he considered his favorite place in the world.
Jawaun leaves behind his loving parents, Jennifer Franklin and Charles Jackson, Sr., his beautiful son, Jawaun David, siblings DaShawn Jackson, Taylor Franklin, and Charles Jackson Jr., and his girlfriend, Nicole Lee. His memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who loved him.
We'll plant real trees for you in Jawaun's memory and display your contribution forever.
