Jason Micheal Cariaga, 47, passed away on March 14, 2024, in Springfield, Missouri. Born on July 11, 1976, in Sioux City, Iowa, Jason was known as a vibrant, people-oriented individual who brought joy and laughter to those around him.
Jason's passion for music and baseball was only surpassed by his love for cooking, a skill he mastered and shared generously with friends and family. His humorous, loving, and passionate nature made him a cherished presence in the lives of many.
He is survived by his by mother, Pamela Burrell; daughter, Marley Cariaga; sister, Chantel Daniels; Aunts, Cindy Derochie (Logan), Donelle Rogers (Logan), Donnette Amick (Logan); uncle, Steve Logan; cousins, Elisha Baldwin, Amber Carlson, Nicole Stusse, Justin Amick and Kelsey Haynes. Jason was preceded in death by his Grandparents, Clay and Jeanette Logan, and his Aunt, Cathy Logan.
Jason's legacy of warmth, laughter, and culinary delight will be deeply missed but fondly remembered by all who knew him.
