She is survived by her beloved husband, Thomas J. Smith II, and their three children: Thomas Smith III, Tory Smith, and DaIisa Smith. Janie took great joy in her role as a grandmother to her cherished grandchildren: Trevon, T’Aira, Gene’, Shawn, Sheldon, Santana, Teresa, Tory Jr, Troy, and Trenton.
Janie will be remembered for her warmth, kindness, and unwavering commitment to her family and profession. Her legacy will continue to live on through the lives she touched.
