Jane M. Ferguson was born on July 18, 1938, in Buffalo, NY. A devoted wife and mother, she spent her recent years in Pensacola, FL. Jane was an unwavering supporter of her husband, General Michael Lambert Ferguson, and played a crucial role in his career while also being a partner in a law firm. Her love for her family was evident in all she did, cherishing moments spent alongside her husband, especially when he was surfing.
An avid reader, Jane also found joy in sharing her passion for life with others, teaching etiquette and leading numerous charitable efforts throughout her lifetime. She was particularly proud of heading the local Red Cross chapter and supporting the nuns at a leper colony, embodying her belief in the importance of giving back to the community.
Jane is survived by her three beloved children, Michael, Cathy, and Michelle, as well as her three grandchildren, Connor, Elise, and Elle. She often drew inspiration from the words of Mother Teresa, which echoed her own commitment to love and service. Jane's legacy of compassion and dedication will be fondly remembered by all who knew her.
We'll plant real trees for you in Jane's memory and display your contribution forever.
