Jane was an avid reader. U.S and women's history were among her favorite subjects. When not reading, she was fond of sewing and baking sweets. Jane was always eager to show off her collection of elephant figurines and Piggly Wiggly artifacts.
Jane lived in Memphis, Tenn. for many years. There she developed a deep love and respect of Memphis music. From old time gospel, to Elvis, to the soulful and funky sounds of Stax records. She and her late husband, Lee Bryson, loved to dance. From Beale street, to Bourbon Street to a honky tonk in San Antonio they were known to "cut a rug".
Jane was an outgoing person her entire life. She was a cheerleader in highschool. She attended SouthWestern College ( now Rhodes) and graduated with a degree in English. She taught high school English until she entered the field of marketing and advertising. Some of her favorite clients were Fed Ex and Piggly Wiggle grocery stores. After retiring she moved to Montpelier, VT. In addition to being a full time Grandmother, she worked as a tour guide in the State Capitol building.
Jane loved nothing more than family and friends. She is survived by her only child, Bo Moore and daughter in law Nicole Moore . Grand children include; Elliot,Toby-O and Olivia. Beloved Nephews, Brandon and Max. Cousin Suzanne was like a sister. And her beloved Manley Family included; "Docca" Emmett, "Rilla Rilla", Melinda and "little" Emmett. There are too many "cousins" across the South and Midwest to list!
Celebrate Jane's wonderful life anyway you choose. We will celebrate with family and friends when our paths cross again.
