Jan Gregg Walker, born on January 16, 1946, in Bucyrus, OH, passed away peacefully on October 28, 2024, in Punta Gorda, FL. She was a devoted mother and grandmother who cherished spending time with her family and spoiling her beloved grandchildren.

Jan was the daughter of Julia (Emory) Gregg and Fred Gregg. She is preceded in death by her brothers, George R. Gregg and Eugene Gregg, as well as her husband, Gregory G. Walker. Jan is survived by her three children, Phill Schleenbaker, Julie Shleenbaker (Jeff Burgan), and Jill Dunnan (John Dunnan). She was a proud grandmother to Joshua (Rachel) Shleenbaker, Kylie Rosebrough, Anna (Matt) Beatty, Jeremy (Sarah) Dunnan, Kalin Dunnan, Briana (Nick) Vogel, Nicole (Trevor) Hall, Jacob Burgan, Alexander Burgan, and Gabe Schleenbaker.

Throughout her life, Jan held many jobs, but she forged lasting friendships during her years at Whirlpool Corporation in Marion, OH, where she worked before retiring. One of her proudest accomplishments was returning to college to become a court reporter after her retirement.

Jan's legacy of love and dedication to her family will be remembered fondly by all who knew her. She will be deeply missed.
