James Timothy Walls, beloved son, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend, passed away on April 18, 2024, at the age of 63. He was born on March 16, 1961, in Pontotoc, Mississippi, and had recently been living in Ecru, Mississippi.

Throughout his life, James had a zest for new experiences. He enjoyed landscaping, cooking for friends, and traveling. His adventurous spirit led him to try new things and savor a wide variety of foods, as he was known to savor just about anything.

One of James's most defining qualities was his deep faith in Jesus Christ. He was an avid follower and found solace and strength in his spiritual journey.

James leaves behind his daughter, Shaunda Freely(Clint), as well as four grandchildren: Lydia Jernigan(Cole), Stephan Eddington, Lauren Eddington, and Karson Freely. He also had four great-grandchildren: Vaida Billingsley, Elodi Billingsley, Cybil Jernigan, and Sylis Jernigan.

James is survived by his two brothers, Ricky(Ramona) and Dennis Walls(Sheila), as well as his special friends and caregivers, Donna and Bob Smith.

He will be remembered for his adventurous spirit, his love for his family, and his unwavering faith. James Timothy Walls will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

A grave side service in remembrance will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday April 23rd at Thaxton Cemetary.
