James Graduated North Stokes High school in 1998 with a 4.0 grade average. Shortly after graduation he became a long distance truck driver. Married his high school sweetheart in 2004. And after many years of trying they had a beautiful 8lbs 2oz baby girl born 6/18/2000 named Hailey Lynn Holmes

Obituario
On March 5th 2026 we lost two beautiful souls to a tragic car crash while on route to take his daughter Hailey and her friends to school. Tragically James was pronounced dead on the scene, and Hailey and friends were air lifted to Baptist hospital. Where Hailey was pronounced dead before reaching the hospital while the other still fought for their lives. James will be missed by many. He leaves behind his wife Samantha Holmes and his older brother Alexander Burdette. He is now in heaven watching down on us and will be forever missed.
