James Justin Fletcher, lovingly known as Justin, was born on September 17, 2024, in Bluefield, West Virginia. His life, though brief, made a profound impact on those who knew him. Justin passed away on September 18, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love and innocence.

Justin was cherished as a loving son and was the driving force behind his father's return to a Christian lifestyle after a six-year absence from the pulpit. His presence was a reminder of the power of faith and love, as he inspired those around him to embrace their beliefs more fully. He was raised in the Pentecostal Holiness faith, where his father, Rev. Justin Stacey Fletcher, pastors The Apostolic Assemblies Church in Dial Rock, Virginia.

He is survived by his dedicated mother, Crystal Ann Tipton, and her companion, Alex Harmon, of Tazewell, Virginia, along with his father and stepmother, Rev. Justin Stacey Fletcher and fiancée Amanda Norton Fletcher of Greeneville, Tennessee. Justin leaves behind two brothers, Dillon and Charles Harmon, and a sister, Kaydence Harmon, all of Tazewell, Virginia. His maternal grandparents, Mike and Gloria Tipton of Mudfork, Tazewell, Virginia, and paternal grandmother, Sheila Ann Madison of Fort Collins, Colorado, will also remember him fondly. He is survived by four aunts: Mary and Marshall Kinser of Bluefield, West Virginia; Terry and Ricky Mullins Sr. of Warriormines, West Virginia; and Sarah and Luke Dowdy of Fort Collins, Colorado.

Justin was known for his innocent and loving nature, a shining light that touched the hearts of many. His favorite saying, "earth's loss but heaven's gain," truly encapsulates the essence of his brief yet impactful life. He will be deeply missed but forever remembered for the love and joy he brought into the world.
