James Frazier, affectionately known as Jimmy, passed away on June 27, 2024, at the age of 72. He was born on February 20, 1952, in Columbus, OH, and resided in Cleveland, OH, at the time of his passing.
Jimmy had a zest for life and enjoyed various hobbies. He was an avid chess player and found great pleasure in watching sports, especially basketball and college football. Jazz music held a special place in his heart, and he could often be found with it playing in the background.
However, Jimmy's true passion lay in boxing and spending quality time with his family. He cherished these moments and made sure to create lasting memories with his loved ones.
Known for his kind and loving nature, Jimmy lived by the motto, "It’s nice to be important but it’s important to be nice." He believed in the power of kindness and always sought to uplift those around him.
Jimmy is survived by his daughters, Diamond Frazier and Khayla Frazier, who were his pride and joy. He leaves behind cherished memories and a legacy of love. He is also survived by his sister Erma Carter, sister Jacclyn Frazier, and brother Lloyd Frazier, who will miss him dearly.
