James E Triplett, a beloved husband, father, and military veteran, passed away on March 5, 2024, at the age of 83. He was born on September 13, 1940, in Baton Rouge, LA, and most recently resided in Livingston, LA.

James took great pride in his service to his country, serving in the military with dedication and honor. He leaves behind a legacy of bravery and commitment.

James was a devoted husband to his beloved wife, Hazel Triplett. Their love was unwavering, and their bond served as an inspiration to all who knew them. Together, they built a beautiful family, nurturing their children and grandchildren with love and care.

He is survived by his wife, Hazel Triplett, and their children: Missy Mikel , Brian Mikel, Penny Sibley, Nolan Sibley, Rebecca Hess, Frank Foster, and numerous grandchildren Brittnee Sibley, Anthony Sibley, Kevin Hess, Melissa Hess, and Aaron Hess. not to mention numerous great grandkids! Each member of his family was a source of great pride and joy to James. He wouldn't do for one that he wouldn't do for the other. Simply put this man in the picture next to the word genuine.

James will be remembered for his kind and giving nature. He was always ready to lend a helping hand, offering advice and wisdom whenever needed. His love for others was boundless, and he exemplified the true meaning of unconditional love.

In addition to his family, James impacted the lives of countless others through his leadership roles in the military and his contributions to the community. His strong faith and unwavering belief in our heavenly father guided him throughout his life.

James E Triplett will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. His memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends, forever cherished for his love, courage, and unwavering dedication to his loved ones and his country.
