James David Zeleznik, known affectionately as Jimmy, was born on January 4, 1945, in Missouri River, Missouri. He passed away peacefully on September 28, 2024, in Pueblo, Colorado.
A proud veteran, Jimmy dedicated many years to serving his country as a retired Army Drill Sergeant. His life’s work not only reflected his commitment to duty but also his leadership and dedication to training the next generation of soldiers.
Jimmy is survived by his two beloved daughters, Denise Zeleznik and Chrissy Singh, as well as his grandchildren, Justin Lopez, Matthew Zeleznik, and Kimberly Lopez. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends, who remember him for his strength, kindness, and unwavering support.
As they mourn his passing, they celebrate a life well-lived and the cherished memories he leaves behind.
