Jalen Franks, 27 of Wichita, Kansas sadly left us on Monday December 4th, 2023 following an ongoing brain tumor. They are survived by mother, Vanessa Turner, siblings, Aiden Allen, Cameron Franks, Aubrey Allen, Alexus Franks, and Father Brice Franks. A funeral service will be held in their honor at 10am Saturday December 9th at Baker funeral home in Wichita, Kansas. Jalen grew up loving to play video gaming, watching sports and hanging around his cousins. Soon he grew into liking to make music and dancing which eventually turned into him creating his own hip hop group called the “Kansas Boyz”. This became popular as they eventually made a hit single that was featured on the local radio station Power 93.9. After graduating high school Jalen would then attend college at Wichita State University and graduate with a degree in Sports Medicine. He also was in the Kappa Fraternity all 4 years. Jalen will always be remembered as a loving man who enjoyed making everyone around him happy, creating fun memories and genuinely bringing comfort into your spirit.
