Celebrating the life of Jake, a beloved husband, father, brother, and community leader. Jake was a proud business owner of the East End Community Center and a dedicated worker at Ford for eight years. His greatest joy in life was surrounding himself with family and friends.
Jake's memory lives on through his wife, Kelly Hines; his three lovely children, Angel, Deashina, and Omar; his brothers, Quantez and Duantez; and the countless lives he touched in the community
