Jackie Rebecca Bennett, lovingly known as Angel, AK74, Nezuko, LadyArceus, and Dark_Athena (in various online communities), has suddenly passed away on February 10, 2024, at the age of 26. She was born on January 13, 1998, in Steinbach, MB, Canada, and mostly resided in Blumenort, MB, Canada.

Jackie was a dedicated farmer, having to take over the family business after her father's tragic hunting accident. As she had to deal with the lost of her father, Jackie has always remained full of heart, compassion, and a strong work ethic.

In her free time, Jackie enjoyed spending quality time with her sister Rhia Kate, playing video games on her Xbox and Playstation, singing to her favorite songs, socializing amongst social media apps and tending to her beloved pets – a horse named Zena, and a cat renamed Iggy. She found solace and joy in her favorite hobbies, as well as in her passion for farming.

Jackie had an eclectic taste in music, with favorite bands ranging from Avenged Sevenfold, Don Omar, TALK, Travis Scott, and Chris Stapleton. She also found comfort in her favorite TV shows, including Supernatural, Lucifer, The Walking Dead, Gossip Girls, Gold Rush and Wicked Tuna.

One of Jackie's proudest accomplishments was being able to drop schooling to care for her youngest sister. Her selflessness and dedication to her family will always be remembered.

Jackie leaves behind her mother Marissa Ruth Madison (Toews), her siblings Rhia Kate Bennett and Ashley Zoe Bennett, close friends Dennis Fisher (Henry), Hailey Faith (Naomi), Cornelius Reimer (Warkentin), and a wide circle of friends that she made in online communities. She had a great sense of humor and made lasting connections with others.

Despite facing a severe heart condition, Jackie remained tough, hardworking, and determined. She never let her health hinder herself from living life to the fullest. She was an inspiration to many and made a positive impact on the lives of those around her.

Her memory will live on in the hearts of all those who knew and loved her.

Private wake will be on Saturday, February 17, 2024 beginning at 12:00pm followed by a funeral service on Monday, February 19, 2024 beginning at 11:00am with Kal Reimer to officiate at the Greenland Church of God in Christ, cremation to follow

In memory of Jackie, donations can be made to The Canadian SADS Foundation, a charity dedicated to raising awareness and providing support for those affected by heart conditions.
