Jack H. Thomas, 92, of Shipshewana IN. passed away on April 6th , 2023 and is now reunited with the love of his life Martha Anne (Woodburn) Thomas. He was survived by his children and many grandchildren. He was proceeded in death by his Wife Martha Anne.
Jack was born on June 5, 1932 in Canton, Pennsylvania a son of the late Gerald and Cleora (Herman) Thomas. He was a graduate of Canton High School class of 1950. Following graduation, Jack enlisted into the US Air Force where he proudly served his country during the Korean War Conflict and was assigned to the 47th Air Police Squadron in England. Following an honorable discharge on April 25, 1955, he continued his education and was a graduate of the Mansfield State Teachers college in 1957. It was during his college years at Mansfield, Jack met Martha Anne, a soon to be teacher and on July 29, 1956 they were married. Jack's heart was broken on June 27, 2013 when Martha Anne passed away. Together they shared nearly 57 wonderful years of marriage.
