Jack Hoffman, known affectionately as Jacky, was born on November 19, 1970, in Springtown, Texas. He peacefully passed away on August 23, 2024, in Little Elm, Texas, where he had made his home in recent years.

Jacky dedicated much of his life to his work as a welder, a profession he took great pride in. His craftsmanship and strong work ethic were evident in every project he undertook, earning him respect and admiration from his colleagues and friends.

As a late husband, devoted son, loving father, and cherished uncle, Jacky leaves behind a legacy of love and memories that will be treasured by all who knew him. He was a source of strength and support for his family, and his kindness and generosity will be deeply missed.

Jacky is survived by his family, who will honor his memory and carry forward the values he instilled in them. His spirit will live on in the hearts of those who loved him.
